We offer free shipping on all of our orders for all customers.
How long will shipping take ?
Our items are sourced in bulk from international suppliers, so packages usually arrive at your doorstep between 1-2 days after you place your order.

We currently offer standard shipping option, which is free for all customers.
How do I know if my order has been shipped ?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do I get receipt for my order ?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made.

Refund & Changes
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at smarttravel@outlook.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Smart Travel Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Smart Travel Hub will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
